📘 For employees in Croatia on Toku. Last updated October 30, 2026.
Submit your monthly working time record to Toku so your hours are documented correctly and processed through payroll, as required by Croatian law.
Before you start
- You are employed by Toku in Croatia and your organization requires time tracking.
- You have access to the Croatia Working Time Record template (a view-only Google Sheets file).
- Submit by the 10th of each month so it can be included in that month's payroll cycle. In November and December, the earlier holiday deadlines in the Toku: 2026 and 2027 Payroll Calendar and Deadlines apply.
Make your own copy of the timesheet
- Open the Croatia Working Time Record template. It's view-only, so you must make your own copy before you can fill it out.
- In Google Sheets, click Datoteka (File) → Napravite kopiju (Make a copy).
- Rename your copy in this format: [Your Full Name] - Croatia Timesheet 2026. Example: Ana Kovač - Croatia Timesheet 2026.
- Save the copy to your Google Drive. Your copy is private by default.
Fill out your timesheet
- Select the correct month tab at the bottom (e.g., Siječanj/January, Veljača/February). Enter your name in the Ime i prezime radnika (Employee name) field.
- For each working day, select a code in the Šifra (Code) column: R (Worked), GO (Annual leave), BO (Sick leave), PD (Paid leave), NPD (Unpaid leave), BLAG (Public holiday), ROD (Maternity/parental leave), OČ (Paternity leave), VOJ (Military duty), OZ (Absence at your request), NI (Unauthorized absence), or ŠTR (Strike/lockout).
- If you worked that day (R), enter your start and end time - Noćni sati (Night hours), Prekovrem. (Overtime), Teren (Field work), and Pripravnost (On-call) hours calculate automatically. Leave these fields at 0 if they don't apply.
- The Ukupno (Total) column calculates automatically from the hours you entered. Review it before submitting.
Sign and submit your timesheet
- At the bottom of the month tab, complete the Odobrenje (Approval) section: enter your full name, signature, and date.
- Click Datoteka (File) → Preuzmi (Download) → Vrijednosti odvojene zarezima (.csv). Make sure you're on the correct month tab before downloading.
- Log in to your Toku account and open Documents in the left-hand menu.

- Click Upload Document, add the CSV file, choose a Category, and click Upload Document. Toku is automatically notified and will process your hours for the upcoming payroll run.

Good to know
- Croatian law (Pravilnik o sadržaju i načinu vođenja evidencije o radnicima, NN 55/2024) requires employers to keep a formal working-time record for every employee. Toku retains this record for at least 6 years.
- If you submit late or need to correct hours already submitted, Toku will process your standard contracted hours for the current cycle and correct any difference on the following month's payroll.
