⚠️ Contractor invoice and payment deadlines: late action means late payment
- Contractors: submit invoices by the 19th of each month. A saved draft is not a submitted invoice.
- Admins: approve invoices by the 21st of each month. Submission alone does not authorize payment.
- Funding: Toku must receive cleared funds 4 - 5 business days before payout. Initiating a transfer or sending proof of payment does not meet the deadline.
- Standard monthly payout: the last day of the month, provided submission, approval, and funding deadlines are met. Late submission, approval, or funding will delay payment. Every day of delay pushes payment back by at least one day. A missed payment cycle can cause a longer delay; the invoice due date is not a guarantee of payment.
Automation does not remove these deadlines. Earlier published holiday deadlines take precedence; see Toku: 2026 End-of-Year Payroll & Payment Guide.
📘 For contributors on Toku. Last updated October 30, 2026.
If your wallet has been pending for 3 - 5 business days and the test transaction never arrived, request a re-send instead of re-adding the wallet.
Before you start
- Your wallet shows the Pending pill for 3 - 5+ business days
- The three-dot menu on your wallet row shows no test transaction option to view
- You're a contributor with a Toku account
Request a re-send
- Your organization's administrator can trigger a new test transaction for your existing wallet in a few clicks from their side. Contact them and ask them to re-send the test transaction.
- Or, the Toku team can re-send it for you. Email customer-success@toku.com with your full name, organization name, wallet address (copy from the three-dot menu), and a screenshot showing the wallet row with the Pending pill.
Add a fallback payment method while you wait
- If your organization offers a bank account option, add it on Payment Methods. This way a pending wallet never delays your pay while verification continues.

Good to know
- Don't delete your wallet and re-add it - re-adding creates duplicate entries your organization has to clean up and restarts the verification queue from zero.
- Don't add the same address a second time. Request a re-send instead.
