📘 For employees and organization administrators using Toku Employment. Last updated October 30, 2026.
See the history behind a stablecoin payment - as an employee viewing your own payouts, or as an Employment organization administrator viewing the organization-wide history - including the recorded exchange rate and on-chain transaction details when they are available.
This page shows settled payment history, not a history of edits to elected allocation amounts.
Before you start
- A payment appears here only once it has settled. There's no pending or in-progress entry - it shows up on the date it's paid.
- Employees see only their own payments. Employment organization administrators can use Reports for the organization-wide history; the View permission detail is below.
- In an Employment organization, administrators can open the Stablecoin Payouts report by default. It is only hidden from an administrator whose access for that page has been set to No Access under Team & Permissions.
View your own distribution history
- Log in at app.toku.com.
- Open My Distributions in the left-hand menu (under TIME & PAY).
- Each row lists the pay period, the date it was paid, the amount and its currency, the token amount, the exchange rate applied, the network it settled on, transaction details when available, and its status. The transaction hash is linked when Toku has an explorer URL for it.
- Use Year and Month to filter to a specific period. Set both - a year or a month on its own filters nothing, and the page prompts you to “Pick both a year and a month to filter by period.”
View the organization's payment history
- As an organization administrator, open Reports in the left-hand menu (under INSIGHTS).
- In the Payment Reports section, find Stablecoin Payouts and select View.
- The report opens with the total paid per token, and one row per settled payment: the employee, the pay period, the date paid, the fiat amount, the token amount, the rate, the network, transaction details when available, and the status. The transaction hash is linked when Toku has an explorer URL for it.
- Use Period year, Period month, Token, Network, Paid from/Paid to, Status, or Search to narrow the list. Search checks the transaction hash, given name, and family name separately, so search by one name at a time rather than entering a full first-and-last name. It returns every payment matching that search.
- A payment that was reversed still appears, marked Voided, but it's excluded from the token totals at the top.
- A
derivedbadge next to the fiat amount means the exact recorded figure wasn't available and Toku calculated it from the token amount and the exchange rate at the time instead. A payment can also show - in both Amount and Rate when neither could be found.
Export the same history as a CSV
- On Reports, find Stablecoin Payouts. The row shows View, the format selector, Customise, and Export in that order. Leave the format set to CSV and select Export for the full organization history; use Customise when you need report-specific filters.

- The file lists the organization's settled payouts - including voided ones - with the fiat amount, whether that figure was recorded or derived, the token amount, the rate, and the transaction reference when available. The row's Export button ignores filters set on the View screen and exports the whole organization history; a report created through Customise applies its own report filters. A file stops at 10,000 rows, and Toku tells you when one was cut short.
Good to know
- When the table has nothing to show - a period filter that matches no payments, for example - My Distributions reads “No stablecoin distributions yet. Payments appear here once they settle.” That is the only empty-state message this table has.
- My Distributions only appears in your left-hand menu once you have at least one settled payment - it isn't tied to whether your organization runs stablecoin payroll in general.
- Totals are shown per token - USDC, PYUSD, and USDG amounts are never added together into one figure.
- If you're promoted to review time off or expense requests for your team, you keep your own My Distributions page - the promotion doesn't affect it, and it doesn't give you access to the organization-wide Stablecoin Payouts report.
⚠️ Employment organization administrators: access to this report is on by default. An administrator with no saved setting for the Stablecoin Payouts page under Team & Permissions has Full Access. Setting that page to No Access is what takes it away: the View button disappears from the report row and the page itself returns Access Denied. The Export button on that row is unaffected.
